We focus primarily on natural fibers and textures that are suitable for all fiber arts. Whether on a cone or skein you will find that special yarn for your project. High quality worsted spun yarns from Maine for weavers and knitters. We feature Zephyr, a Wool/Silk blend, 2/8 Heathers, Green Line Organics and Merino. Beautiful color range for all your lace to sport weight projects.
Harrisville Designs
Harrisville Designs has been spinning 100% Virgin Wool Yarn in Harrisville, New Hampshire for 40 years. As one of a handful of woolen mills left in this country, Harrisville’s textile tradition is rich and dates back to 1794 when the first of several mills was built across the Nubanusit River to harness the water-power necessary for carding fleeces brought down to the village from local hilltop farms.
